FileGooi will refund any fees (should have have purchased the 'Pro' account package subscription) for any activity provided we are informed within 10 days of your dissatisfaction. Your dissatisfaction may be communicated to us via our contact forms, via Email, or telephonically. We will refund you the subscription amount from the day of dissatisfaction.

- FileGooi including any of it's whitelabelled variants that are 'Powered By' FileGooi shall be referred to as "FileGooi".
- The Terms & Conditions refer to any users of the FileGooi, including but not limited to any files uploaded, downloaded, any information on the website, text, graphics or other materials.
- By using this site, content, files, service, website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- All types of accounts or packages, including FileGooi Free and FileGooi Pro are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
- We reserve the right to change the access to the site, or any portion of it, at any time.
- By uploading any content and/or files to the site you give us consent to make your information available to anyone should they be in possession of the unique URL or passwords.
- FileGooi will make a best effort attempt to keep these files safe from anyone else.
- Your remain the owner of your files are are responsible for your conduct. FileGooi does not claim any ownership rights to your uploaded files.
- You acknowledge that FileGooi does not have any obligation to monitor the files uploaded, posted, submitted, linked to, or otherwise transmitted.
- FileGooi is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, legality or applicability of the files or anything said, depicted or written without limitation.
- FileGooi does not endorse anything contained in the file or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein.
- File accessibly by the unique URLs are available to the general public should they be in possession of the unique key. Should this key somehow become publicly available then the files to which they refer may also be considered publically available. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the site as well as safeguarding the unique URLs generated by FileGooi.

- You agree not to tamper or interfere with the site, systems, host, network or that of our providers.
- You agree not to use FileGooi to facilitate the sending of viruses or spam.
- You agree not to misrepresent your affiliation or impersonate any person or entity.
- We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations of our Terms & Conditions.
- FileGooi reserves the right to terminate Free Accounts at any time, with or without notice.
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold FileGooi, its officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
